Advanced flow control of liquids in microfabricated capillary pumps
Abstract
This paper reports a method for accurately controlling the filling of capillary systems (CSs) by engineering capillary pumps (CPs). CPs can be used with liquids of different viscosities and serially connected CPs can force the liquids to flow in a sequence of predefined flow rates. © 2006 Society for Chemistry and Micro-Nano Systems.
