Acoustic anharmonicity and the ΔE effect in tetragonal SrTiO3
Abstract
The interaction of random strain with domains is responsible for large variations of sound velocities (ΔE effect) and for acoustic anharmonicity in tetragonal SrTiO3. It also accounts for amplitude-dependent damping and r.f. conductance. All effects depend on sample history. © 1973.
