A systematic design of microstrip-to-CPS transition for 60-GHz package applications
Abstract
This paper discusses a systematic design of a MS-to-CPS transition (or balun) that has good impedance match and low insertion loss, and maintains phase and amplitude balance, which are important for many mmWave applications. Phase and amplitude balance are not discussed in previous MS-to-CPS transition studies. © 2011 IEEE.
