Bio

Jeremy's background is rooted in technology development, product design, organizational leadership, and project management. He's spent the past years at IBM overseeing the logic functional delivery of the mainframe processor development. His experience spans across various domains, from technical coordination to client engagement, fostering a holistic understanding of transformational processes.

Based on his experience, He is well versed in many aspects of hardware development: Design-Technology Co-optimization (DTCO), Power-Performance-Area (PPA) Projections for future technologies, Process Design Kit (PDK) development and evaluations, Design, Test and Characterization of FEOL/MOL/BEOL Semiconductor Structures, Static Timing Analysis and Software Development of Physical Design Tools for Routing Flows.

His main objective is to build teams that are designed for growth in a dynamic work-force where tomorrow's challenges are based on our mindset with which we approach problem solving. Driving culture is an important part of being a leader and the proper foundation of positive leadership begins with Trust and Transparency.

In his current role as transformation lead, he drives the Semiconductor Enablement transformation strategy as the Technology Enablement Organization moves towards Research & Development.

Prior to his current role, he's contributed to technology development at IBM, GLOBALFOUNDRIES and Samsung Austin R&D Center, honing his expertise in test site development, silicon validation and design technology co-optimization. His academic background at the University of Michigan (B.S.E.) and The Georgia Institute of Technology (Ph.D) have also provided a solid foundation for driving meaningful innovation and efficiency.
