Bio
Dr Dmytro Mishagli is a Research Scientist at IBM Research Europe - United Kingdom, based in Hursley, England. Prior to joining IBM Research in January 2024, Dmytro did a postdoc at University College Dublin (UCD) where he worked under QCoIr (Quantum Computing in Ireland) joint project.
Dmytro is interested in quantum many-body systems (particularly in open quantum systems and their dynamics), quantum information, parameter estimation for dynamical systems (optimisation under uncertainty), and applications (quantum algorithms at the utility scale).
Dmytro obtained a PhD degree from UCD for his work on Statistical Timing Analysis for VLSI Networks in the Presence of Weak Correlations and non-Gaussian Gate Delay and an MSc degree in Theoretical Physics from Odesa Mechnikov National University.
