Andrea Mambretti is a system security researcher at the IBM Research Zurich laboratory and holds a PhD and a Master degree in Cybersecurity from the Northeastern University.
He also holds a Bachelor and a Master degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano.
His research interests lie in operating systems, system and hardware security, and compilers.
After joining IBM Research in 2018 and 2019 as intern, Andrea re-joined IBM Research in Zurich as research staff member in 2021.
His work has been published in top conferences such as IEEE S&P, NDSS, ACSAC and RAID.
