This month's puzzle was sent in by Dan Thomasson. We're not going to ask for solutions to be mailed in this time (because of the difficulty of drawing the solutions) but hope you enjoy constructing them.
1) Draw a 2 dimensional grid consisting of 7x7 lattice points
2) Create a 4th dimension hypercube within the grid
3) Use only 16 lattice points as vertices connected by 32 equal-length lines (edges)
