IBM is proud to host a public briefing at the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab with Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information and Administrator, National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA), Alan Davidson (MIT ‘89). Assistant Secretary Davidson will speak on NTIA’s recently issued policy recommendations embracing openness in artificial intelligence (AI) while calling for active monitoring of risks in powerful AI models. The briefing will be followed by a panel discussion and open Q&A.
