Tunable dispersion compensators realized in high-refractive-index-contrast SiON technology
Abstract
Tunable dispersion compensators will be presented that are based on Finite- and Infinite-Impulse Response lattice filters. The compact waveguide devices compensate for linear- and higher-order dispersion with low delay ripple and show a wide dispersion tuning range.
