Training in the Timeshare Industry

Abstract

The timeshare industry's special challenges and its related needs for training are reviewed. Existing sources of timeshare industry training are outlined. Prospective applications for computer-based training are discussed; particularly online training that lends itself to just-in-time instruction. © 2006, SAGE Publications. All rights reserved.
