Target bonding (for sputtering)

Abstract

This Note describes a bonding method for the joining of targets used for rf sputtering to target holders. The use of a low vapor pressure, low melting point bonding medium results in a strong, reliable bond applicable to a wide range of materials. © 1973 The American Institute of Physics.
