Spin polarization and magnetotransport of Mn-Sb alloys in magnetic tunnel junctions
Abstract
The magnetic transport and spin polarization of Mn-Sb alloys in magnetic tunnel junctions were analyzed. CoFe counterelectrodes and superconducting tunneling spectroscopy using Al counterelectrodes were used for the analysis. The results show that surface segregation of Mn and Sb reduces the spin polarization of the purported half-metal NiMnSb.
