Simple method for measuring conductance changes to one part in 10 6 at MHz frequencies
Abstract
A phase lock technique for the measurement of small conductance changes at MHz frequencies is described. The method requires a stable Q meter having an analog output proportional to the Q and a lock-in detector. The sensitivity is excellent, with changes as small as one part in 106 having been easily observed.
