SEMICONDUCTOR SUPERLATTICES AND QUANTUM WELLS THROUGH DEVELOPMENT OF MOLECULAR BEAM EPITAXY.

Abstract

Advances in superlattices and quantum wells are reviewed in conjunction with the development of molecular beam epitaxy. Milestones chosen from the research of superlattice and quantum wells occurring over the past fifteen years, including recent results are reviewed.
