Role of nanostructures on the performance of a-Si: H thin film solar cells

Abstract

This paper represents a method to enhance efficiency of a-Si solar cells by using nanostructures. The role of plasmonic nanoparticles as well as nanotemplates on the performance of a-Si solar cell will be discussed. © 2011 OSA.
