Polarographic Determination of Tin in Stannic Oxide

Abstract

The tin content in milligram amounts of stannic oxide is determined by dissolving the oxide in hot concentrated hydriodic acid, followed by polarographing a portion of the resulting solution in acidic iodide or chloride media. ©. © 1960, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
