Nonlinearities in optically induced magnetism in dilute magnetic semiconductors
Abstract
Optically induced magnetism in diluted magnetic semiconductors is treated using a model which includes spin exchange band splitting effects. It is found that the induced magnetism is self limiting, thus explaining the nonlinearities observed in recent experiments. © 1987 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
