Natural Language Processing for Automatic Problem-solving Steps Capture and Assembly

Abstract

Natural language processing models are developed to understand and learn from conversations in a chat room that identify and resolve supply chain problems. Steps and actions that uses take to resolve the problem can be automatically captured and assembled by the model.
