Multiple resonance effects on raman scattering at the yellow-exciton series of Cu2O
Abstract
We have observed sharp resonance enhancements in some two-phonon Raman modes of Cu2O around the n=2 to 6 peaks of the yellow-exciton series. We explain the results quantitatively by a theory which allows for multiple resonances in the scattering process. © 1974 The American Physical Society.
