Molecular spectroscopy using Schottky-barrier tunneling

Abstract

Reported here is the low-temperature observation of the hindered-rotation spectral lines of HCl and of CH3 within CH3CH2Cl. This is accomplished by the technique of Schottky-barrier bulk point tunneling spectrometry. © 1968 The American Physical Society.
