Mobility-dependent charge injection into an organic semiconductor
Abstract
The mobility in the amorphous organic semiconductor PC:TPD was varied and the current injected from an ITO electrode measured. It was found that the current is proportional to the mobility. At all concentrations, the ITO/PC:TPD contact remained injection limited in its ability to supply charge to the organic layer.
