Microscopic calculation of K» atomic and * hypernuclear carbon
Abstract
Recent K»N interaction models are used to construct microscopic momentum-space optical potentials including complete Fermi averaging, three-body dynamics, nonlocalities, and the exclusion principle. Bound states are found with K» orbits internal to and external to the nucleus (* hypernuclei and kaonic atoms). © 1990 The American Physical Society.
