Magnetic and thermal properties of adsorbed binary systems of O2-Ar and O2-N2
Abstract
We report a high-resolution study of the magnetic susceptibility and heat capacity of submonolayer films of oxygen-argon and oxygen-nitrogen mixtures on Grafoil from 3 to 70 K. These systems behave quite differently, in consequence of the different registry properties of argon and nitrogen on graphite. © 1984 The American Physical Society.
