InAs-GaSb superlattices-synthesized semiconductors and semimetals
Abstract
The recent results of our investigations on InAs-GaSb and In1-xGaxAs-GaSb1-yAsy superlattices are summarized, including theoretical treatments, MBE growth, characterization of materials and heterojunctions, optical absorption, Shubnikuv-De Haas oscillations, and observation of semiconductor-semimetal transitions. © 1981.
