Fabrication of ultrasensitive piezoresistive cantilevers for torque magnetometry

Abstract

We describe the fabrication and first characterization of piezoresistive cantilevers developed for ultra-sensitive torque magnetometry. The levers have been designed to optimize the sensing in both flexion and torsion modes.
