ESR determination of electron effective masses in GaxIn 1-xSb alloys
Abstract
Electron spin resonance and bandgap measurements have been used to derive the effective masses of GaxIn1-xSb alloys in the range 0<x<0.54. The effective masses are found to vary smoothly with composition and their values are found to be in good agreement with the masses calculated from Kane's theory of a k=0 conduction band. © 1970 The American Institute of Physics.
