Electron tunneling between ferromagnetic films
Abstract
Spin-polarized tunneling of electrons through Ni-NiO -Ni, Co, and Fe junctions is discussed. The hysteresis of the tunneling resistance in a magnetic field originates in the magnetization process and demonstrates a new interplay of electronic and magnetic properties in ferromagnetic metals. © 1982 IEEE
