Electron transport in polar heterolayers
Abstract
The theory of two-dimensional scattering processes in polar heterolayers is developed, and applied to mobility. The quantities involved are investigated numerically in terms of a model of the electron wavefunctions. Screening effects are discussed. © 1982.
