Compositional uniformity of NiSingle Bond signFe films
Abstract
Large compositional variations reported in thin evaporated nickel-iron films by Chu, Wolfe, and Wagner have not been observed in three new independent microprobe studies. Apparent compositional variations in the vicinity of isolated lumps of material are explained via thickness dependence of the nickel-iron count ratio. © 1966 The American Institute of Physics.
