Combining si-photonics and optical PCB's

Abstract

We have developed a low cost polymer waveguide technology for board level optical interconnects, and we are working on silicon photonics technology for intra-chip optical interconnects. To make these technologies compatible, adaptations will be needed. © 2009 IEEE.
