Broadband mid-infrared resonances in aligned carbon nanotube films
Abstract
We show that nanophotonic resonators made from self-assembled aligned carbon nanotubes support multiple resonant modes in the mid-infrared resulting in broadband extinction from 2.5-10µm. We study these modes using far-field spectroscopy, simulations, and near-field imaging.
