Batio3 as a biased paraelectric
Abstract
With the assumption that the ferroelectric tetragonal phase of BaTiO3 can be treated as a biased cubic phase, we have found the temperature dependence of the electrooptic coefficient and the electrostrictive coefficient. © 1985 The Japan Society of Applied Physics.
