ANTIREFLECTION STRUCTURES FOR MAGNETO-OPTIC RECORDING.
Abstract
A theoretical analysis of the magnetooptic signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) enhancement characteristics of various antireflection thin film structures is presented. The characteristics for particular thin film structures are also compared.
