A service management enterprise architecture

Abstract

In this paper, we propose a four-layer enterprise architecture for service management. The aim of the proposed architecture is to provide an automated, centralised, real-time service management system solution at the enterprise level. This architecture covers essential service management functions and integration between these functions. The proposed architecture can be adopted as service management reference architecture to implement service management in the real business world.
