Alexandre Pfeifer

Alex Pfeifer manages IBM Research collaborations and technology licensing business in Brazil, Latin America and with global strategic clients.

He started his career in software development at IBM Brasil and after obtaining his MBA he worked in sales and business development roles in the telecommunications industry, where he developed and managed customer relationships and drove top line results in Brazil and other Latin American countries.

Alex holds an MBA degree from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago in the US and a Computer Engineering degree from Unicamp in Brazil.
