Dr. Nava Shaked
Dr. Nava Shaked is the Call Center and CRM leader of IBM
Israel. She received her PhD in computational linguistics
from The Graduate Center of SUNY and has worked in the area
of speech technologies for the past 15 years both in
research and in business development of the field . She is
currently a board member of AVIOS and the chairperson of the
AVIOS local chapter in Israel.
