Author Instructions
We solicit both full papers (up to 10 pages) and short papers (up to 4 pages).
Each submitted paper must conform to the two-column IEEE conference publication format, and should be submitted in PDF format. Submissions will be peer-reviewed, and accepted papers will be presented at the workshop and published as part of the ICST proceedings.
IWCT 2013 papers should be submitted at the Easychair submission site.
