Gabriel Banaggia holds a Master’s and Doctorate in Anthropology from the National Museum (UFRJ), specializing in Science and Technology Studies and evaluation of public policies.
Gabriel has a book and dozens of published articles. He carried out post-doctoral research at UFRJ and PUC-Rio, where he is currently studying Computer Science.
More recently, he turned to Human Computer Interaction studies, Semiotic Engineering and Human-Centered Computing, having worked with the themes of explainability in Artificial Intelligence, algorithmic governance, and adaptation of databases to FAIR principles.
